Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and purchases made within the Oren mobile application ("App"), developed by Meticha Infotech Private Limited.
1. All Purchases Are Processed by Apple
Oren offers in-app subscriptions, including a free trial period followed by an auto-renewing paid subscription. All payments, billing, and transactions are processed entirely through the Apple App Storeusing Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit) system.
Because of this, we do not directly collect payment, do not have access to your payment information, and do not have the ability to issue refunds ourselves. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple, not to Meticha Infotech Private Limited.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a purchase or subscription made through Oren, you must contact Apple directly using one of the following methods:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → Your Apple Account → Subscriptions, select Oren, and follow the cancellation/refund prompts.
- Visit the App Store app, tap your profile icon, go to Purchased, find the transaction, and report an issue.
Apple's refund decisions are governed entirely by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable consumer protection law in your country. Meticha Infotech Private Limited has no ability to override, expedite, or guarantee the outcome of a refund request submitted to Apple.
3. Free Trial
- You will not be charged during the free trial.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid, auto-renewing subscription at the price displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
- To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, via Settings → Your Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device.
4. Subscription Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
5. No Direct Refunds From Us
Because Oren does not process payments directly, Meticha Infotech Private Limited does not issue cash refunds, credits, or chargebacks outside of the Apple App Store ecosystem. If you believe you were charged in error, were billed for an unintended renewal, or experienced a technical issue preventing you from using paid features, please:
- First contact us at cavin@meticha.com so we can help diagnose and fix any app issue.
- Submit your refund request to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, as Apple is the merchant of record for all transactions.
